Instagram stars with 20MM followers launches their DAO on Xillion (XIL)

We are happy to announce our brand new InstaDAO!

This DAO will consist of 3 bright Instagram and Onlyfans stars: MS PUIYI, Brandy Gordon, and Danika Mori. Collectively, they have more than 20 MM followers on Instagram.

They are now launching an NFT-related DAO for their fans to let them receive mind-blowing perks such as voting for the content to be created, exclusive merchandise drops, 1-on-1 FaceTimes, Instagram calls, special videos, and many more. These influencers believe that their fans deserve to have a voice, and they want to figure out new ways to engage with them.

This DAO will have exclusive NFTs as underlying assets, and all token holders will be able to claim them from the pool by accumulating a certain amount of tokens.

DAO will mint 5,000 NFTs and 220,000,000 IGDAO tokens.

Membership Levels

There will be three different levels in this DAO:

• 25,000 IGDAO tokens - Silver
• 50,000 IGDAO tokens - Gold
• 500,000 IGDAO tokens - Diamond

When you reach any of these levels, you can swap your tokens for one of those NFTs and officially confirm your status to get added to the Club (special Discord channel which is available only for NFT holders). From that moment on, you will become eligible for all of the perks and benefits.

How Private sale works

How that works:

1. Users buy the NFT on the OpenSea website (by using credit card or ETH). This way, we virtually allow everyone to easily participate in the sale by using even credit cards if they do not have crypto wallets.
2. Each NFT already has $200 in XIL in built, which means users won’t need to buy the XIL token and stake it additionally to participate in the sale. Everything will be done automatically. For example, if the user wants to get a $1,000 allocation, they need to buy a special NFT which will cost $1,200 and where $200 will be automatically allocated to XIL. After 30 days from the private sale, users can get these $200 in XIL tokens back (when the staking ends). After that, users can manage XIL as they want.
3. When the user buys this PassNFT, we automatically get the data from OpenSea and add this info to the Xillion database and into our system. Users will then automatically receive their IGDAO tokens when the distribution begins.

We have simplified the process as much as possible to allow as many people to participate. The one thing participants need to do is buy the PassNFT from OpenSea by using a credit card or ETH, while everything else will be done automatically.

How to get NFTs after the Private and Public sale are ended:

1. Get your IGDAO tokens
2. Go to Xillion.one
3. Swap your tokens for NFTs. (NFT depends on the amount of tokens you want to exchange, there are 3 tiers described above)
